On the ground floor, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with a freezer, TV, stereo, telephone, and intercom allows you to prepare delightful meals. The living room with a dining area overlooks the pool and features a television, while a larger second living room with a dining area and barbecue area allows you to relax in style.

On the same floor, you’ll find three bedrooms: one double and one single, both with private bathrooms featuring showers, and another bedroom with a French bed, also with an en-suite bathroom.

The lower level hosts two more bedrooms: one double and one twin, both with private bathrooms equipped with showers.

Upstairs, the master bedroom welcomes you with a spacious bathroom with a shower and a panoramic terrace with a sea view. This room is equipped with a TV, VCR, and fax machine.
